Hannah Williams is known throughout Philadelphia as HelpfulHannah – and if you’ve spent more than five minutes with her, you know exactly why. She’s an expert at anticipating people’s needs, she has a real feel for real estate, and she’s an accomplished problem-solver. In fact, these are the most common things her clients say about her.
Hannah has been helping people buy and sell homes all over Philadelphia since 1984. Many of her clients purchased their first, second and even third homes with her expert help, and Hannah wouldn’t have it any other way. She’s a Graduate, REALTOR® Institute and has earned the GRI designation, which means she’s exceptionally proficient in a wide range of subjects that help her clients buy and sell homes.
She also knows that buying and selling can be stressful, so she’s there to hold everything together along the way. She’ll be there for you when you need someone to walk you through the process, answer your questions and make your transaction seamless.
She doesn’t do it alone, though. Over the past several decades, Hannah has built an extensive network of professionals who can help with every aspect of buying or selling. From fixing minor issues before you list a home to staging it to sell quickly, Hannah knows someone who will be there for you, just like she is.
Hannah uses a wide range of technology to make your transaction go smoothly. She’s always happy to email, text or talk on the phone with any of her clients – and she actually answers. If you’re selling a home, she’ll help ensure your house is completely ready for the market so you can sell it quickly (and at the right price). She’ll put your property in front of all the right buyers by using an innovative combination of video, blog posts, social media and professional real estate websites.
The bottom line is that you need a talented, experienced and knowledgeable professional when you’re buying or selling a home – and HelpfulHannah is the one you want in your corner.
You’ve heard the old saying, “Find something you love to do and you’ll never work a day in your life.” That’s how Hannah feels about real estate – her biggest reward is seeing the smiles on her clients’ faces on closing day. She took a vocational aptitude test that said she’d excel in real estate, so she took it from there and never looked back. As she juggled her career in the mid-80s, she also made time to raise a family, design embroidery emblems and make use of her artistic abilities in a wide range of ways (she majored in art in college).
Hannah’s artistic background gives her a unique view on life, and it’s contagious. When she’s not showing people homes, negotiating a great deal for her clients, or working hard to sell homes, you might find her watching a great movie, swimming, capturing beautiful photographs or creating a delectable treat in the kitchen.
